Did ye olde post Christmas scale shock. And it was a shock. Didn't lose all of my progress from last year[footnote:1]This does NOT mean I gained back 99% of my losses, got it?[/footnote], but certainly did gain back an uncomfortable amount despite trying to wade through the Thanksgiving and Christmas gauntlet with some sanity[footnote:2]Check that, make it October birthdays/Thanksgiving/Trip to Mexico/Christmas Gauntlet, yikes![/footnote]. But no matter, sensei ECM has guided me to the path of fat loss enlightenment, and I pursue goals anew for 2012!
*Already started working out in late Nov, but various travel made it sporadic. Despite this, I've almost completely maxed out on my pair of 50lb adjustable dumbbells. Yes, I'll need to join a gym, which I will as soon as that "thing" that keeps holding me back "stops."[footnote:3]While I'm home more, it isn't quite what you think, so don't ask. Ugh.[/footnote]
*Started creatine again, experienced ye olde bloated Rob. Repeat after me: IT IS JUST WATER TRAPPING ITSELF UNDER MY SKIN. IT IS JUST WATER. IT IS JUST WATER.
*Started the fat burner again (basically a stimulant that lets me burn an extra 100 cals or so. It's legal but tastes like ASS).
*Cyclic keto again, but still feeling out the best interval for the cycle day. The only thing I know is that it shouldn't be any *less* time than 7-10 days.
This time around, the wife is joining me in this endeavor, and I must say, it has been nice to have the support as opposed to being "that guy doing that thing."
