It's for your own good! I only mention this because, as has been the case in the past, lots of people ask me for advice and/or get full workout plans, etc., then proceed to ALTER the workout plans to better suit their (perceived) needs (usually involving chocolate chip ice cream). THIS IS BAD. Any sane trainer that gives you a plan gave you that plan for a reason, and it isn't like a Chinese restaurant where you get to pick and choose from lo mein, fried rice, and low carb. If you do, don't go blaming the trainer or your 'genetics' for your lack of progress! Thus endeth the sorta lesson
