All the way back to the 500 series. What it does is downscale resolutions up to 4K onto your lower res monitor. Looks very nice in game and a feature you may want to check out if you have capable PC.

Shadow of Mordor (No ultra textures, everything else maxed) 69 FPS at 1080p and 45 at 2560X1440P. Injustice: Gods among Us (Maxed) is locked at 60 FPS and sometimes dips to 55 frames at 4K. Metro 2033 Redux (SSAA off, everything else maxed) 110 FPS at 1080P and 94 at 1440P FPS does take a noticeable hit but DSR is very useful if you are getting screen tearing in a game and if you only have a 60hz monitor you can push the resolution even higher since the extra frames won't benefit you.
