Yeah, they do that on GameFAQs from time to time.

I recall the producer of The Adventures of Superman (GC/XB port) being on the board throughout dev and actually implementing suggestions from the fans as they went along (or at least he said they were which, even if not entirely true, was some great fan-service/PR on his part).

Same thing w/ the Conduit 2, though the fans really turned on them after the game shipped a buggy mess.

At least this guy isn't getting torn apart because, man, some of the comments on that board prior to his arrival were a little...extreme?
