A little ways back I noted on FB that grape juice (spiked with apple cider vinegar) seemed to put a serious dent in my appetite. So I stopped drinking it for about 10 days and, lo and behold, I was hungrier, then I went back, this past week, to drinking it and, bam, appetite suppressed.
I have it in the AM with ACV, but then I have a couple more glasses throughout the day (about 24oz/day, total) and it really does seem to put a serious hurt on hunger.
Just FYI, fatties.
